DESCRIPTION:Save the Date! \nCamp for the whole family with kids ages 5-13 \nClick here to register. \nWhat To Expect\nPre-Camp:\nCaregivers will watch the video “Trust-Based Parenting”\, read Chapter 4 of The Connected Parent book\, Complete application. \nDuring Camp: \n\nSupports\n\nTraining: Caregivers will attend a two-day TBRI caregiver training presented by Texas Girls and Boys Ranch Post Adopt Program.\nBuddies: Youth will be assigned a one-on-one buddy to assist them in navigating camp.\n\n\nActivities\n\nGroup Activities: Teach youth how to regulate behavior using respectful interaction\nArt and Mindful Movement: Explore how to meet their own sensory needs\, find value in asking for what they need\, and other valuable life skills needed to reduce trauma-responsive behaviors.\n\n\n\nPost-Camp:\nTBD
